访问时报错，
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

原来需要TLS v1.2.0.

在jvm启动参数中增加以下参数：


-Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1.2 -Dsun.security.ssl.allowUnsafeRenegotiation=false -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2
